Booking & Cancellation Policy

A deposit may be required for larger or multi-treatment bookings to confirm availability. Smaller bookings may be paid in full or as agreed at the time of reservation.

A booking is only confirmed once accepted and scheduled by our team.

We accept card, bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Our services are available daily from 09:00 to 21:00, subject to availability.

If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened.

After 15 minutes of delay, the session may be adjusted or reduced.

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and charged in full, as therapists travel specifically for each booking.

A travel fee may apply depending on the location.

Yacht and boat treatments include an additional surcharge due to logistics and access.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged in full.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

If the therapist is already on the way or has arrived, the full fee applies.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before your treatment so we can adapt the service safely.
